Suice Da Connect is an entertainment executive, talent manager, producer, and the founder and chief executive officer of Grown Man Biz Music Inc. A Harlem native with more than two decades of industry experience, he built his career at the intersection of artist development, relationship strategy, touring, recorded music, and live entertainment.
Under his leadership, GMB has developed a multidisciplinary roster spanning recording artists, actors, comedians, media personalities, and creative executives. His management work is defined by a long-view approach: pairing decisive day-to-day representation with the partnerships, positioning, and infrastructure required to build durable careers.
Suice’s recent credits reflect that range. He has guided touring strategy for Grammy-nominated R&B artist Case, contributed as a songwriter to Case’s 2024 release “Naked” featuring RL and Raheem DeVaughn, earned a producer credit on Luey Price’s 2025 single “Sweet 16” featuring Case, and served as an executive producer of The Kickback Podcast. Across every venture, he brings together talent, opportunity, and execution with the judgment of a seasoned operator and the instincts of a cultural connector.
